• Each Report Coupon entitles the owner to one (1) report on Initforlife.com. Only registered Initforlife users who have completed the MindFrames questionnaire can redeem a Report Coupon.
  
  
• Unused Report Coupons will show in your "My Reports" page of "My Preferences" until you redeem them or give them to someone else.
  
  
• A Report Coupon has no expiration date. An unused Report Coupon is valid until someone redeems it. You can use the Report Coupon yourself--anytime you want. Or you can give the coupon to someone else, whether or not this person is a registered Initforlife user. The Report Coupon can be transferred many times, but it cannot be used more than once, redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund.
